Details: What is the relationship between Food & Mood? This year, MAMASMART x Food Revolution Asia will try to show you how to build up a good mental map by eating correctly. From 3:30pm to 4:30pm, our Food Revolution Super Ambassador Beatrice & friends will host 2 cooking sessions by showing how to use simple ingredients to boost our mood from stressful life! Meanwhile, FRD’s new friend Ajitora will join us to celebrate Food Revolution and dancing with kids!
